Questions

The things people ask us most

Straight answers about what we do, what it costs, and where our role stops.

Are you an insurance company?+

No. Insurance Deal is an independent quote comparison specialist. We do not underwrite risk, issue policies, bind coverage or pay claims. Any policy you buy is a contract between you and a licensed insurance carrier.

So what exactly do I get from you?+

Research and explanation: comparable quote estimates gathered from licensed markets, normalised so the limits line up, plus a plain-language walkthrough of what each option covers and excludes.

Does it cost anything?+

Requesting and receiving a comparison is free to you. There is no fee, no subscription and no obligation to purchase anything afterwards.

Are the quoted prices guaranteed?+

No. Every figure is an estimate. Final premiums, terms and eligibility are decided by the issuing insurer after its own underwriting review, and can differ from the estimate.

Who do I actually buy the policy from?+

Directly from the licensed carrier or agent behind the option you choose. They handle the application, payment and the policy documents. Coverage starts only when that provider confirms it.

How fast will I hear back?+

Most requests get a response within one business day. Complex profiles — commercial risks or multi-property households — can take a little longer to research properly.

What happens to my information?+

We use it only to research your quote request and to reply to you. We do not sell your details. See the privacy policy for the full explanation.

Can you help with a claim or an existing policy?+

No. Claims, endorsements, cancellations and billing all sit with your licensed insurer. We have no access to any policy and no authority to act on one.

Which areas do you serve?+

We are based in San Angelo, Texas and work with clients nationwide, though product availability and pricing differ by state.

Reminder: nothing on this page is insurance advice or an offer of coverage. Insurance Deal is not an insurance provider, and all coverage terms come from the licensed insurer you select.
